Happy Thursday!

Good morning! I am in a REALLY good mood today Tonight is my last evening class for the semester!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still have 2 papers and some discussion forums to complete, but it is just nice to be done with ACTUAL class for a while. I will officially be done with everything for the semester in 8 DAYS! WAHOO!

I am also pumped because tomorrow is Friday! I am really excited for this weekend. Tomorrow night is my work Holiday Party. It is a dinner/dance at a hotel and I guess is pretty fancy. On Saturday my parents are coming to Indy and in the morning I am going bridesmaid dress shopping with my mom and sister....hopefully we find something good! Then Saturday and Sunday afternoon my whole fam (minus my younger brother who is at college) is going to Celebrate the Holidays at the Indianapolis Wineries. I'm really looking forward to this to put me (even more) in the holiday spirit! I am also excited to try some wine :)

Ok, now onto the eats!
Last night when I got home from work I ate a simple ham and cheese toasted sammy on multi grain bread. I also had a side salad.

It was SO good!

Thursday mornings are sometimes hard for me since I work until 9pm Wednesday night and then had to be back at work by 7:30 am and am gone all day (because of class) until about 9pm. This morning I wanted a nice warm and filling breakfast to hopefully last me through most of the morning! I found this Maple Pecan Butter in the fridge I had bought a while ago and decided to incorporate it into my b-fast!

My bowl had:
3 tbsp. creamy wheat
1 c. water
splash of milk
2 tbsp. Maple pecan butter
1 banana
sprinkle of cinnamon

I stirred one tbsp. of the MPB into the cereal and put the other on top. This was def. a winning combination that I will have to eat again.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Thursday!
