For lunch I made one of my favorites! SPAGHETTI SQUASH! I love spaghetti in general so I try to make it with squash during the autumn season as a healthier alternative. I had a glass of this new pomegranate lemonade. It was pretty good, but REALLY sweet. I didn't even drink the whole glass. It might be better diluted with some water.

I cut some red leaf lettuce for a salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Then I made spaghetti squash with some marinara over it. I cooked the squash at about 350 for almost an hour. I topped it with some sauce from an already open jar of prego and VIOLA!

And for dessert I had my FAVORITE bar :)

On the way to work I tried this new water I had bought. It was called metro mint and I got the spearmint flavor. It is VERY minty tasting and hard to really drink a lot of. I can only take small sips and haven't gotten very far. I thought this might be a nice alternative to water since it had 0 cals, 0 sugars and 0 sodium. I think it is a bit too minty for me. They also have a peppermint flavor which might be slightly better or just as minty! It sure does make my mouth feel fresh when I drink it!!
