Bad eats!

So today was not a very good food day! This morning I had a new employee orientation at work (i have been working there about 2.5 months) The orientation had breakfast AND lunch catered. For breakfast I had a good sized lemon poppyseed muffin and some fresh fruit (melon and strawberries) Lunch was UBER bad for me! I had a small piece of fried chicken, some corn, coleslaw and 2 of the restaurants 'famous' meatballs. It was a buffet, which is hard to resist, but I think I did pretty good considering the options.... I didn't take any pictures since I was eating with the VP's and President of my company. I wasn't sure how it would go over.....maybe after a few more months of employment :)
After my morning orientation I was able to leave work and make it to the GYM! woo woo! I wasn't able to make it the last 2 days so it was nice to have a chunk of time to work out. After the gym I did a little shopping at Whole Foods. I went there mainly to get some new bars, but found a few other goodies!!!

After my shopping trip I had a snack consisting of an apple, one of my new Ryvita rye crackers (it was SO good!!!!!) and a lemon La Croix sparkling water. I had previously tried the berry flavor and was unimpressed, but though the lemon one was pretty good. 

Tonight I spent time at my fiancé's and ate another bad for me dinner! We got burritos from La Bumba (famous for burritos as big as your head!) I got a regular sized chicken one. It was alright, but I don't think I would go there again. Tomorrow will hopefully be a healthier food day. I always have more energy and am in a better mood when I eat healthier food.

Thanks!! I LOVE z-bars, but this is my first time trying a nectar! Hopefully I like it :)
