Major icicles:
So after being a bum for the later half of the week I headed home with my sister to FINALLY see the finished room that my wedding reception will be in!! When we booked the place they were still building the new event center and just finished final details this month. Here is it all set up for a mayor's ball:
YAY! I'm so excited!! :) The room is at the Blue Chip Casino and Hotel which as I mentioned just got a MAJOR addition and facelift...everything is gorgeous and after seeing everything completed I am even MORE excited for August!! :)
When I got back to Indy on Sunday I made a few snacks to eat while watching the superbowl with fiance and one of his friends.
I drank a woodchuck cider throughout the evening.
The first thing I made was a cold veggie pizza! I LOVE THESE! I made a crust out of Pillsbury crescent rolls. I topped them with a mixture of reduced fat cream cheese low fat mayo and some ranch seasoning the topped with chopped carrots, broccoli and cauliflower...delish!
I also snacked on chips and guac. along with some chili cheese dip (unpictured!)

I wasn't really rooting for either team, but it was def. a good and overall exciting game!! I tried my best to stay up for the Office, but starting falling asleep so I DVRd it and can't wait to watch the rest tonight!!
This morning I woke up and had a nice filling breakfast of 2 whole grain waffles with light syrup and a sliced banana.

I just ate 'lunch' a while ago at work. I had an apple and a ham and cheese sammy. I am already hungry so I am planning to eat a kashi bar to hold me over until 9!

I'm hoping that I feel even better over the next few days. With the amount of congestion and sinus issues I've been having I haven't been to the gym in about a week! I have done a little yoga and stretching at home, but it is hard when I have to stop and blow my nose like every 2 mins! So I'm hoping I'll be back to myself by the end of this week!!
