For breakfast I ate a bowl of crispix with a banana.
For lunch I made a warm and toasty bagel sandwich. It was a roasted zucchini, turkey and cheese sammy on a whole wheat bagel. I first roasted about 1/2 of a zucchini cut into strips in the oven at 450 for about 10 mins. then melted some reduced fat colby jack cheese on the toasted bagel for about 2 more mins. I then added 2 pieces of turkey lunch meat and some lettuce. This was a REALLY good combo.
